A sacred space to reclaim your story and rest in your becoming.

You’ve carried the weight of silence for so long — shaped by expectations, bound by rigid structures, and stretched thin by roles that never quite fit.

Somewhere along the way, you lost touch with your own voice, your body, your desires.

Now, the shifting ground beneath you — the disorientation of doubt, the questions that refuse to stay buried, the hunger for something more whole — is awakening a deeper truth: the old ways of being no longer serve you.

I see you.

I guide women as they embark on a journey of coming home to themselves, walking with them as they untangle from rigid structures and reclaim their voices from systems that have silenced them.

Hi, I’m Kim.

Every story holds layers we cannot see on our own. Some parts of us have been quieted, while others yearn to speak. When we slow down and listen—to the body, to our stories, to the places we’ve felt alone—healing and clarity begin to unfold.

I offer space for women to be deeply curious about their stories, to be cared for where care was once missing, and to discover new truths about themselves.

I weave together story work, parts work, and embodiment practices to guide women through the tender terrain of healing and transformation.

Whether in one-on-one work, story groups, or retreats, my hope is to create a presence that meets you where you are and gently invites what’s been hidden into the light.

Ways to Journey Together

  • 1:1 Therapy + Story Coaching

Virtual sessions that weave story work, parts work, and somatic embodiment to help you see and understand your story in new ways.

  • Virtual Story Groups

Ten-week circles where we listen to one another’s stories, offering care, perspective, and presence where trauma once left us alone.

  • Healing Retreats

Immersive spaces of rest and renewal—upcoming gatherings in Panama (2025/26) focus on embodiment and women navigating faith and church harm.

  • Curated Rituals

Personalized ceremonies to mark transitions, grief, or significant life moments, designed with and for your unique story.

  • Therapeutic Intensives

Two- or three-day therapeutic journeys (online or in-person) that allow for deeper exploration and healing beyond the rhythm of weekly sessions.

Are we a good fit?

We might get along if…

  • You find yourself whispering "thank you" to the trees or pausing when a bird locks eyes with you.

  • You’re beginning to taste the sound of your own voice and wonder how loud it’s allowed to get.

  • You carry a quiet ache to make the world just a little safer, a little softer, a little more just — even if you’re not sure how yet.

  • You feel like the old version of yourself doesn’t fit anymore, but the new one hasn’t fully emerged.

  • You have stood barefoot on the earth, hoping wisdom would rise up through the soles of your feet.

  • You’ve lived through the tension of belonging and not belonging — to family, to church, to a former self.

  • You’ve watched the storm clouds gather and thought, “That feels like me.”

My work requires openness, reflection, and a willingness to step into the unknown. If that’s not where you are right now, that’s okay.

Abstract Black Flower

We may not be the best match if:

  • You’re looking for someone to give you black-and-white answers rather than help you explore the grey.

  • You hold a rigid or fundamentalist worldview and aren’t open to questioning or expanding it.

  • You believe healing happens only in the mind and aren’t open to exploring the body’s wisdom.

  • You are actively struggling with substance addiction and need specialized support in that area.

  • You experience complex mental health challenges that require a higher level of care than I can ethically provide.

  • You are in a place where change isn’t important to you, or you feel resistant to inner exploration.

  • You see the world as purely individual and are unwilling to engage with systemic realities like patriarchy, racism, and white supremacy.

  • You are actively suicidal and need immediate crisis support — I want you to get the right care for where you are.

  • You are male—my practice is specifically designed for women’s healing and reclamation.

This work is deep, nuanced, and sometimes uncomfortable — but if you’re ready to step into it, I would be honored to walk alongside you.
